Allison Zimmerman
Principal Owner
As the Principal and Founder of RC, Allison brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in various aspects of community development, and a passion for helping communities become more resilient by integrating emergency preparedness into all planning aspects. In addition to her broad range of experience, Allison has become an expert in risk management through the skills of change management, cost control, and quality assurance. This means all her projects meet or exceed customer expectations even when things do not go as planned.

Notable Achievements
Spokane County Emergency Livestock Evacuation Team Leader
Allison is currently the team leader of SLEET, where she manages a team of volunteers that perform livestock evacuations during disasters. In the summer of 2023, Allison was the incident commander for the evacuation of roughly 1,000 animals utilizing over 70 spontaneous volunteers, for the Oregon Rd. and Gray fires in Spokane County.
Hebron Project Economic Development Initiative
Allison was assigned to the Hebron Gravity Based Structure Project (deep sea oil rig) in Newfoundland Canada. One of her many roles on that project included working with local businesses and watch dog groups to ensure that local companies were successful in winning work on the project. Through these efforts, local companies and work force had greater opportunity to develop skill and talent and, increase the amount of revenue from the project that stayed on island.
